Meet Caroline
Certified Health and Life Coach
My name is Caroline Waller, and I’m a certified health and life coach with over 20 years of experience in teaching and coaching. I began my career as a high school teacher in Richardson, where I spent 10 years in the classroom and also coached cheerleading and the country and western dance team.
After transitioning out of traditional education, I became the Director of the Fellows Program—part of the National Fellows Initiative, which helps recent college graduates integrate their faith into the workplace.
I’ve coached cheerleading for over 15 years, primarily offering private lessons to high school girls. Through that work, I discovered my true passion: helping, encouraging, and coaching teens, twenty-somethings, and young moms as they navigate life’s transitions.
My goal is to help you build confidence, gain clarity, and find the courage to become the person you were created to be. Whether you're discovering your passions or learning how to use them in your daily life, I’m here to support and guide you—no matter what stage you're in.
